This privacy policy explains how Autikra.lt ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.autikra.lt or contact us.

2. What data we collect

• Inquiry form data: name, phone number, email address and message.

• Correspondence data: information you provide by phone, email, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram.

• Technical data and cookies: browser type, time of visit and similar information – only as far as you allow in the cookie settings.

3. Why we use it

• to answer your inquiries and arrange an inspection time;

• to provide the car inspection services you order and deliver the results;

• to improve the website and measure advertising (only with your consent to cookies).

4. Legal basis

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and with your consent for analytics and marketing cookies (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and correspondence data for no longer than 2 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

6. Who receives the data

We do not sell your data. It may only be processed by service providers that help run the website: hosting (Hostinger), advertising measurement (Google), chatbot (Chatbase), review and Instagram widgets (Elfsight), messaging (WhatsApp / Meta). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union using GDPR safeguards.

7. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to run the website and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies. On your first visit a cookie banner lets you accept or decline. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

8. Your rights
